Pai Hotsprings Resort, Pai

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. The villa had beautiful river views but the walk from check-in to the villa was a hassle, especially with bags. The spa pool in the room wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing. The location was peaceful, but it felt isolated, especially at night. Overall, it's a lovely spot that just needs some attention to really shine.

I found the hotel to have beautiful landscaping, reminiscent of Hawaii, but the location was quite remote, requiring additional costs for transportation to the town. The room was spacious and clean with a great mountain view, although I had some issues with the shower’s water temperature. The service left much to be desired, often coming off as rude and unhelpful. Overall, while there were some pleasant elements, the negatives made my experience less enjoyable.
